So it's
a Little ilegal but you do it Anyway
PARTYING Teenagers. Were growing up in a society much different from those of our parents. When I first dyed my hair or peirced something other than my ears, I was called names even by my family. Our parents grew up in a generation much like ours, but acording to my mom, they got away with doing illegal things. Drinking, Underage smoking, parties, skipping school, break ins. Now were my parents just thugs or have you noticed this with your parents too. They tell us there glorified stories of their teenage years than expect us to be A+, 4.0 kids that don't smoke, never even think of drinking, and think weed is a garden menace. Even the grade A students experiment, so why don't our parents just stand behind us and understand what we are doing instead of grounding us for something they've pretty much thought us to do. Is it because they "raised us better"? How do we get around it? We are told to prove your maturity to your parents and they will give you more responsiblities. We don't want more responsibilites, we want freedom.

DRUGS/SMOKING THURSDAY, October 30, 2003 do drugs really kill people? I mean is it really the drugs' fault? in some parts it is. drugs are made addictive and attractive, but why is it that so many people don't have enough brain power and self control to just say no? when you know something is bad for you why do you still do it? is it for the passion of adrenalin? why do bodies crave what they know is wrong? "from weed you get high, alcohol you get wasted, and from cigarettes you get.... cancer?!"(mykeandtom.com) that quote is so true. although you do get limited relief from the world out of certain things, others your just slowly killed. and people know it but they continue to light a cancer stick for breakfast . it is hard these days to keep up with out bodies as it is, without slowing it down with the worst drug in the world. cigarettes can and do kill thousands of people each day, millions each year, they contain hundreds of chemicals that kill animals and they smell bad. yes they are addictive, but is that an excuse to smoke? 1 out of 3 people is going to die from smoking. that's like getting your little friends together and counting by 3's. if you're a 3 you have to leave the circle. quitting is hard so don't start. it takes yourself to realize you don't want to smoke or do drugs, me talking or typing is not going to change your mind, trust me I've been there. but the best advice you've ver been told is this, THINK ABOUT ALL THE PROS, AND CONS. MAKE SURE YOUR KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON, AND IF YOUR CANT COME TO A CONCLUSION BECAUSE YOUR EITHER TO STUPID OR WASTED, JUST SAY NO!.
